A tasting selection of six tapas style dishes which will include seafood, meat and vegetarian options

Prime aged Irish Hereford Sirloin steak
At Oscars we only use the highest quality Hereford society beef flame grilled to your liking and served on creamy mashed potato and finished with a mushroom peppercorn sauce with crispy carrot crisps

Grilled supreme of Clare Island organic salmon
With dillisk potatoes and courgette fritters

Local Goats Cheese Tartlet
With roasted vegetables and local goats cheese baked and served with organic leaf salad
Our region has a number of great goats cheese producers so please ask on the night which one we are using

Free range chicken Yakitori
Skewered free range chicken cooked on the char-grill, with tare marinade and served with Yakisoba noodles dressed with green chilli sauce.
